Notes for Use

 

  • According to the type of compound fertilizer (common, high-concentration, organic-inorganic), raw material characteristics and granulation equipment, adjust the addition amount (generally 0.5%-2.0% of the total raw material) and solution concentration to achieve the best granulation effect;
  • The binder solution should be prepared on the same day and used on the same day. Long-term storage should be avoided to prevent deterioration, mildew and affect the bonding effect. A small amount of preservative can be added if necessary;
  • It should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture-proof warehouse, away from high temperature, open fire and direct sunlight, and should not be mixed with compound fertilizer raw materials, chemical agents and other substances to avoid pollution;
  • When granulating, the moisture content of the compound fertilizer raw material mixture should be controlled at 15%-20% to avoid too high or too low moisture affecting the granulation forming rate and particle strength;
  • When configuring the solution, it should be stirred evenly, and the temperature of the water used should be controlled at 20-40℃ to promote the full dissolution of the binder and improve the bonding effect.
