The non-drying type of Dedusting Ash Binder is applicable to small and medium-sized production lines without drying equipment. The drying type is tailored for large automated drying production lines, offering faster curing speed, higher molding strength and suitability for large-scale continuous production. The product features superior universality and compatibility with various complex dedusting ash containing iron, calcium, zinc and other elements. It adapts to mainstream processes including cold-press molding and mechanical ball pressing, with a dosage of merely 1% to 5% of the total material weight, delivering low consumption and high cost performance.
