If the remaining materials are tightly sealed and moisture-proofed immediately after opening to avoid moisture caking and impurity contamination, the product can remain usable for more than 6 months with no obvious attenuation in bonding performance and anti-calcium stabilization capacity, causing no adverse effects on molding quality and briquette strength. Long-term open-air exposure and humid stacking will lead to moisture absorption and caking, shortening the valid storage period. Therefore, standardized storage management is essential to guarantee stable product performance. In terms of molded briquette service life, the most critical indicator for industrial production, briquettes cured by this product form a dense and stable crystal internal structure, which completely eliminates the hidden danger of calcium oxide hydration and expansion. The finished briquettes possess stable physical and chemical properties with superior resistance to weathering, moisture, extrusion and high temperature.

Under indoor dry and sealed stacking conditions, molded briquettes can maintain intact structures permanently without cracking, pulverization or deformation, delivering stable and long-term usable performance for furnace recharging at any time. Under conventional open-air or simple canopy stacking scenarios with basic rain and moisture protection, the briquettes remain structurally stable for 2 to 3 years.
